Hey Soulful Peeps,

Compliments of the season!!! 2012 is here and we hope that you started the year off in a good way.
Hope all your plans and resolutions become a reality guys. The trick though is to start early.
Don't contemplate. Start early and don't give up early. If your goal is to loose weight, start going to gym now.
Don't leave till winter. Anyway, we're back, fired up and hope this will be a good year for us as well.

We kick off the year with a mix from Sai. The "Here & Now" album is still available guys.
The distribution issues are slowly being resolved and you should be able to get the cd at all good cd stores.
Once again, if you can't find the cd at your nearest cd store, please do order it.
For our brothers and sisters around Soweto, if you are still having difficulties with getting the cd,
you can continue ordering it from us and we will TRY and deliver it to you.
The easier option though would be to come to our functions because we have copies with us most of the time.

Change of season has its various effects on a lot of people and unfortunately, not much can be done to ease the "pain".

Crazy times we're living in right now. Anything and everything from the riots in London, to possible threats of another recession in the US and to one that hits home, the famine in Somalia. It's heartbreaking watching the events unfold in the horn of Africa. It's even worse when we have fellow Africans not wanting to do anything to help out. This is not "their problem". It is our problem Africa. Let us help in however way we can to ensure that Somalians are back on the feet again. Let this not be the job for the government only. A simple sms to the SABC (38722), which costs R10.00, will go a long way at ensuring that a child in Somalia goes to bed with something in their tummy. Let's do our bit guys.

a happy belated birthday to the world's most loved dad, Dr Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela.
Hope you were able to dedicate your 67 minutes to doing good for someone out there.
The trick though is to have a Mandela Day everyday. It should not be a one day affair.

It seems like everyday for the past two months we've been waking up to a lot of bad news. I mean really, think about it, so much is happening around the world and most of it is not "good". The Soulful Kollective have been hard at work organising one of the biggest events to hit Soweto in conjuction with Keep Soweto Alive and Fun Masters. Things have been really crazy.
